Client funds sit in a segregated account with regulated payment partners, access is verified through KYC, and every withdrawal follows a documented route back to the account it came from.
Client money is held in segregated accounts with regulated banking partners, kept apart from the operating capital of Pesagenix and never used to fund company costs. Balances are reconciled every business day, and any break is investigated before the next session opens.
Withdrawal instructions are approved by a second officer before release and are returned to the same payment rail you funded from, so money leaves the way it arrived. Two-factor authentication is mandatory, sessions expire after inactivity, card details are tokenised, and internal access to your documents is limited to the small number of staff who need them for a specific task and is logged when they look.
